Hello, So I am doing the Beautiful People meme hosted by Cait @ Notebook Sisters and Sky @ Further Up and Further In. Villains. 

 This  my friends is Butler Alfred Alexander Lexus the third.  What can I say. I got fab-you-las naming skills. Now before we start I'll give you my log-line fore my book called *epicly long drumroll*  The un average-life of Alison Cordro. When a unsocial,rich teenage girl finds out of a plot to steal all of parents money,she must try to the money-hungry butler and hopefully regain her parents favor back,but if she dons't stop him now the money will be gone and the blame all on her.
It's a bit lenthy but I'm still working on it. Now let began. 1. What is their motive? Alfred was poor most of his life. Now he's pretty well of but now he want's more! 
2. What do they want, and what are they prepared to do to get it? He wants' to be rich and wants money.  So there fore he will put the blame on my poor un-social, stick-in-the-mud,desperate-need-of-a-fried MC.Alison Cordro. So basilcy he gonna say she stole it.
3. How do they deal with conflict? H threatens,makes you scared he's going to hurt but if you keep trying to stop him,he'll pull out the big guns. Th literally big guns 4. Describe their current place of residence. He was born in Britain,moved to California as a young adult,and now lives in the Cordro Mansion 5. If they were writing this story, how would it end? The cordro mansion his,All the money his. He has millions of servants and minions to do his biding And that bratty teenager at some boarding school in Australia. (That's my MC,Alison Cordro)
6. What habits, speech patterns, etc. are unique to them? He got a British accent. And he has quite a inserting vocabulary.. 
7. How do they show love? What do they like to do with/for people they love? He would buy them stuff. Give them money
8. Do they have any pets? Nope. Becase he would never care for them. He would just have someone else do it
9. Where would they go to relax/think? His office. And look at his bank toatl
10. What is their weapon of choice? (FYI: words, eyes/looks, and fists count as weapons too.)

Why I write what I write

 I like all sorts of books. YA contemporary,YA fantasy,Classics,Non-Fiction (Depends on the topic) and out of all of those genres. I chose to write YA contemporary. Why you ask? Cause I just did. End of post! Just kidding.

 

Some people have a theme when they write.  My theme is this.

I show this character. S/he is not prefect but s/he has a lot of potential deep down.I want to bring my character to that potential. Show her/him to my readers at point A and then bring her/him to point B. Major Character deployment. 

I am not a perfect writer. I have big ideas but I may not have the best writing skill. I still have stuff to work on.  Such as,I am good at writing my MC  at point A and when s/he is at point B but I have trouble about bringing them there. And that's the most important part (:

The un-average life of Alison Cordro

Prologue

The sky seemed to be feeling the same as she was. This little girl was soaking wet as she was trying navigate to her house. No make that her family mansion. Why did her parents have to be so rich? Maybe then the other kids would be her friends. Not just pretend to. 
She got to the intersection and pressed the button to cross the street.Her house was just across the street.Home. Well not really home. The other children said that there moms and dads were always home. But hers… She quickly wiped her tears before anyone could see. 
She waited for quick a while.But the walking thing did not say walk. There was barley any traffic. The girl glanced over and saw the road going the other was blinking walk. Stupid me. She thought 
She sighed and pressed the right button. Finally the little white man came and she quickly walked across the road. 
She didn’t want anyone to ask why this nine-year old girl was not on the bus from school.Why she wasn’t with her parnts.Why she was alone. 
She found her street Crest Crs. And she glanced around. Nobody was here. The were busy doing what rich people do. What ever that was. 
She found the numbers she had been looking for. 1200. She would’ve skipped down the driveway if she still was not so gloomy 
She got to the door and pulled out her necklace from under her shirt. On it’s black string it held the house key. Oh how proud she was when mama gave her the key a year ago. She was such a big girl. A small smile came onto her face. She twisted the key in the slot and the door opened. The smell of a empty house and rich perfumes filled the air “Hello?” 
Her feeble cry echoed though the house. But no one was there. 
She was alone. 
 
The tears started to come back. “Is anyone here?” 
When nothing answered,She started to walk to the stairs up to her room.One step after another. 
A creak stopped her. She turned around to see a elderly lady standing in the front room. She looked kind. But what was this strange women doing in this house? 
“Hello dear.”The old omens voce sounded kind as well “You must be Alison.”She smiled. One of the kindest smiles the little girl has ever seen. The little girl looked at the women with fascination and started going down the stairs. 
When she was at the bottom She looked at the women “Who are you?” She asked in a way only little girls could. 
The lady looked at her sweetly “My name is Meg.”

Hi everyone. So I just posted a post but I wanted to tell you something but I'm not going to stick it in there.

My top three favorite books

Hi everyone. So this is my  first booky blog post. Yah. (:
These books are books that I really love and recommend to people but if you don't like them then you just don't. So lets get started

Number 1: The Redwall Series

I don't have the whole Redwall Series. I only have eleven out of twenty two.
The ones above are my favorites: Martin the Warrior,The Traggerung(This one is my most favorite),Mattimeo and Redwall.
The books is a fantasy series with anthropomorphic characters (animals with human like qualities). 
It is quite hard to say what the series is about because each book has a different story line. But basically it is the history of Redwall Abby. Because of that, I was thinking of doing a book review series with these books. So stay tuned for more info (or post) coming soon.

Number 2: The Swipe Series

These books are my first dystopian books (And my only at the moment) and so far I like the genre. All the books except Spark ( Well Logan is still in it but he is not the MC) follow the story of guy(Or a kids because in the first books he's twelve going to turn thirteen,second and third book he's thirteen and in the last book he is sixteen) named Logan Langley.In the books it is at the ends times in a biblical perspective. One thing I love about these books is that there is always a huge plot twist that you don't even see coming until the end. You think this but then it flips around and...

it's just awesome.The author,Evan Angler, says that there is going to be *two more books in the series* and I am dying to get them.There are so many things that need to be tied up and fixed and UGG I need the next books. But I can wait. I now how long and hard it is to write a book...

Number 4:Against the tide

So this book is in a series called chosen daughter but I only want to cover this book and not the whole series. This book is the only book in the whole wide world were I almost cried at the end. 

It is a real life historical book about a covenanter in Scotland. It's a really good story and I love how she grows in her character in the book. The ending is sad but I think that what makes it on my list because it just makes the story a lot richer because  you fall in love with her and then...sadness. I'm trying not to give you any spoilers d:.

So that is my top 3 favorite books. (: Well more like my top three favorite series and a book.

Welcome to the Farm!

Hi every human! So today is going to be a pic-fest post. So millons of photos.
Let's get started.
Let's began with the oldest to the farm.

This is Princess. She is a year old and we got her from the SPCA September 2013. We got her becase we had mice in the house but she thought they were pets. She is a good hunter and she will get the mice outside but not inside. But we still love her.

Most of are ducks are unnamed. We got 21 White layers from Mezter Farm in the beginning of October 2013. We raised them in our laundry room until they where big enough to got outside

Along with the white layers we also got five Pekins(The red arrow is pointing to one of the Pekin in the picture). Thease ducks are quite fat and can be used for meat. We are down to only two pekins now and they are going to be buchered. We named them Ms.Fat and Ms.Mcdonald.

And last of all,Along with the white layers and pekins,we got a mallard couple. The boy is named Ducky (Blame my brother) and Lydia(I named her by the way (; ).

We incubated some mallard eggs and a couple of white layer eggs,alltogther 11 eggs. In the beginning of June 2014, five of the eggs hatched, four of the mallard eggs and one white layer egg. 

Speckles is the White Layer/Mallard Cross and the girls names are Hailey,Muffins (My brother again) and Blue.

And the goats. We got the three of them at the end of Augest 2014 and the baby on the left we got her a week ago. (And one three days. Details)

 This is Ellie our milk goat. She is a Saanen and she is five to six years old. She is the herd queen but she is the most obedient of all of our goats.

 Button is a toggenbrug/saanen cross. Ellie is her mother. She is going to be bred this fall. We are taking a bit of a risk as toggenburgs are known for goater milk but Ellie has the most yummiest milk on the entire plant so we are just going to see how her milk is.

And this is Portabello aka Porty aka Porto. He is a wether that the old owner bought at a petting zoo. He is an escape artist but I think we got all of his escape areas gone. I hope

This is the cutest goat in the world! Bunny is a Nubian with some Saaenan blood in her. She is three months and is the cutest thing. I mean just look at those floppy ears!

Now we did get the muscovy before Bunny but I wanted all the goats together on my post.
The musovies are around three to four months. They aren't laying yet but they should be soon. We named them Aqua and Anna. Their only Difference is that Anna has a white spot on her tail and Aqua does not.

This week we also got ten white layers that are laying. I don't no how old they are I think they are around five to seven mounths.

So thats are farm. The grand total is Four goats,Two Pekins,Twenty-four White Layers,Seven Mallards,Two musovies and One Cat equals....*clicks on the calculator app on the computer* FORTY ANIMALS ALL TOGETHER!. And a year ago we had no anmails. Zilth.Nada. And a year later BOOM. FOURTY ANMAILS. I THINK MY CAPS LOCK KEY BROKe or maybe not. hee hee.

Hello World!

This is the last time I am saying this.For real.

Hello world and welcome to my first post. 

So what is Horse feathers about and why should you--my fellow...eh.....person, read my blog. 

Let start with some background here. I like horses. Hence the horse on my header. Another thing I like is writing and reading. Hence the quill and book heart thingamabob on the header.

I will be blogging  mainly about those two things but I'll also blog about ,blogging, tutorials,recipes,random stuff and my life on a small farm.

What! I live on a farm!? I also live in a large family and I am a home-schooler.

You must be thinking I am the strangest person on the entire planet but please bear with my and my ehem...ramblings. (:

I will for certain blog at least trice a week Novel Monday,Tutorial Tuesday and Friday Farm Day whatever you wanna call it. And if any thing happens then I will also blog about that as well because why not!
